The garden waste service is available to all Dorset residents as a fortnightly kerbside collection. It is an optional paid for service with nearly 50,000 subscribers. We want to ensure that customer satisfaction levels remain high, so we ask current and potential customers for their feedback every two years to help shape and improve the service.
