Weymouth Registration Service - Ceremony Room Consultation

Currently based at 45 Dorchester Road in Weymouth, the council has been working with partners and other agencies to bring together a range of services and teams into the Weymouth Library and Learning Centre on Great George St. The Registration Office has already temporarily moved here.

It is proposed that the Ceremony Room relocates to the adjoining Weymouth Town Council office on Commercial Rd.

The proposed Ceremony Room is on the first floor in the Weymouth Town Council building and will be available to book for wedding and civil partnership ceremonies on Friday and Saturdays.

Dorset Council want local residents to look at the full proposal and let them know what you think by completing a quick online survey.

A printed version of the survey that can be filled out and returned via post is also available from Weymouth Library & Learning Centre.

The results of the consultation will be collated and considered when the council makes a final decision on the permanent location of the Ceremony Room.
