The strategy had 16 themes to meet its aims and objectives. This programme will deliver projects within each theme.

As there is a lot to cover we have divided the work we need to do into phases, beginning with phase one.
The strategy was formally adopted at the end of last year, following our strategy consultation in the Summer of 2023.
