We will explore new options to help increase the supply of homes residents can afford to rent or buy. We will focus on key housing needs we have identified:
- low cost settled accommodation giving residents greater options to buy or rent
- temporary accommodation to meet the needs of homeless households
- supported and specialist accommodation for vulnerable residents and those who need a home designed to meet their specific needs
- homes for essential workers for example health care workers who provide key services to our residents
