What our Local Offer for care leavers is
We know it's a big step when you move out of care and start living on your own or with friends. But that doesn't mean we stop supporting you. We want to make sure that you feel safe and supported and know where to go for help and advice.
We want to make sure you:
- have somewhere to live
- grow up healthy
- stay safe
- do well in education and work
If you have spent any time in care after your 16th birthday, then it is very likely that you will get support from the Care Leavers Team, up to age 25.
