The Active 4 Health Lifestyle Hub connects local people to exercise programs that match their:

We receive referrals from health professionals. We work with various leisure and service providers across the Dorset Council area to offer a range of physical activities. Costs vary between sites.
If you need advice on getting started, we’re happy to chat. You will need a referral from your health professional to use this service.
