The gardens at the Weymouth Crematorium are large lawned areas with a good selection of roses, trees and shrubs.
Rose beds are at the centre of the gardens allowing for the placing of memorial plaques next to roses and trees.
Memorial options
There are a number of different options for memorials, these include:
- seats that are available for lease within the grounds
- stone plaques that can be fixed to the memorial walls enclosing the gardens
- tree plaques that can be dedicated to a loved one beneath a mature or newly planted tree
- the Book of Remembrance which is housed in its own room, where floral tributes can be placed
