The Dorset Council area wide viability assessment includes testing assumptions related to the draft Dorset Council Local Plan consulted on in January 2021. It is important to note that the testing assumptions were agreed in 2021 with Dorset Council's viability consultants and stakeholders within the development industry, and these may be subject to change at a later point due to market conditions and/or changes to the policies in the Dorset Council Local Plan as it moves through the process of preparation and adoption.
