If you're working with a family practitioner they may be able to help you set up an account for the online OnePlusOne digital programme.
The OnePlusOne programme offers 3 courses for parents to follow to improve communication in their relationship, or with the other parent.
The OnePlusOne digital programme is free to use. Accounts are limited so make sure you complete the courses once you've signed up.
The digital courses are:
- Arguing Better can help couples cope with stress and worries together and develop skills to manage difficult conversations
- Getting it Right for Children can help separating parents, or parents who are not in a relationship, to communicate so they can parent together
- Me, You and Baby Too can help expecting or new parents to recognise their partner's emotions, support each other and develop skills to manage difficult conversations
