Cycling has many health benefits and can be done at a very low intensity to begin with but can be built up as your confidence and fitness increases.

Dorset Health cycle rides

These free health rides are led by volunteer leaders and are a great way to establish a weekly routine of exercise. This activity offers you the chance to ride with other like-minded people and feel the benefits this fantastic exercise will give you.

If you would like to attend a health ride but feel you are lacking in confidence and would benefit from support, we can put you in touch with one of our active buddies who can accompany you to the activity and help you get established. Find out more information about Dorset Health Cycle Rides.
