The annual fee increase for this financial year takes effect from 1 June 2024.

Registration fee for privately funded places (non-refundable)	A £50 fee is payable which includes a 1 hour trial session in either the morning or the afternoon.
Booking cancellation	You must provide 4 weeks’ written notice or 4 weeks’ payment instead of notice. If your child is in receipt of Early Education Funding (EEF) the setting will retain funding for the relevant notice period.
Late payment charge	A £10 fee will be applied to any invoice left unpaid after the cut-off date to the next invoice per family.
Late collection charge	Occasionally delays are unavoidable however, we should be informed at the earliest opportunity if you are going to be late. A £10 fee will be applied to invoices for families who are more than 10 minutes late collecting their child or children.
Session change fee	A £10 administration fee is applied to the next invoice when a green session change request form is approved.

Meal fees

Breakfast and snacks are provided free of charge. Cold lunches and/or hot dinners to be provided by the parent or carers.

Childcare funding

We provide spaces for children who receive Early Education childcare funding. We offer funding term time only or ‘stretched’ across both term time and holidays. Funding can be used against any session during our opening hours.

15 hours of funding for children aged 9 months and over for working families came into effect from 1 September 2024.

30 hours of funding for children aged 9 months and over for working families is due to come into effect from 1 September 2025.

Most funding is used term time only however some parents choose all year round attendance. If using stretched funding across the term time and holidays there is an Annual Stretch option which runs for the academic year 1 September to 31 August. This averages your funding across the 3 terms.
Parents need to apply for funding ahead of the term the child will start, and provide us with a valid eligibility code.
