Weather disruption
Winter weather is causing disruption to services in some parts of the county. Find out what services may be affected in your area.
Unless using public transport, most special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) travel routes will arrive to collect the student at home.
You will be told what times you will be picked up and dropped off when we contact you with your final transport arrangements. If these change at any point then we will contact you to make you aware.
You are responsible for ensuring that your child is ready and waiting for your school transport 10 minutes before it is due to arrive. We do not ask drivers to meet you at your front door, therefore you need to ensure that your child is on the vehicle. If you are late the driver will not be able to wait.
Our drivers are expected to arrive as close to the times agreed as possible. However, if there is an unavoidable delay then you will be contacted either by phone or text message. If you have not heard from us and your transport is more than 10 minutes late then please contact us:
