All gym users are required to complete an induction to ensure they are using the equipment safely and effectively and are getting the most from their workout.
The Wellness Key, which controls all the essential data relating to your personal workout programmes and 'triggers' the machines into action, the cost of the key is £9.50. Find out more about the Wellness System.
Group inductions
Covers all the gym equipment and is followed by an opportunity to try some of the machines.
Price: £9, 1 hour. Induction is free if a membership is being taken out.
1-2-1 inductions
Like a group induction, but also including a fitness assessment from a qualified gym instructor who will help identify and set realistic fitness goals.
