Cooking your own lunch
We’ll teach you the basics for cooking in the outdoors starting with a brief introduction to healthy eating. You will then cook your lunch on trangia stoves using a selection of foods such as pasta with sauce and hot dogs.
Shovel fire lighting
Using flint and steels you'll work in small teams to light a fire. Once lit you'll use equipment to make yourself a cup of tea!
