We are able to receive and deal with highway enquiries and applications through our online forms as normal, but due to a technical issue, customers have not been receiving automated email notifications with updates since Tuesday 15 April.

Login to your highway licence account

If you are authorised to do work on the highway, you can create an account or login to apply for a licence for building materials, dropped kerbs, hoarding, scaffolding, skips and temporary traffic restrictions for road and street works.
