Reason for inquiry

Appeal by Kingfisher Resorts Studland Ltd against Dorset Council's refusal of planning application P/FUL/2022/06840 Knoll House Hotel Ferry Road Studland Swanage BH19 3AH.  Redevelopment of existing hotel to provide new tourist accommodation including: 30 hotel bedrooms, apartment and villa accommodation and associated leisure and dining facilities.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.

Anyone wishing to participate in the inquiry, must make their interest known to the Planning Inspectorate Case Officer as soon as possible, prior to the inquiry, either by email or telephone after reading the inquiry attendance information set out in the full site notice
