Essential online information and guidance for families across Dorset now available thanks to the Online Family Hub

Families in Dorset can now visit the Online Family Hub, where they can find information, guidance and advice.
As well as our physical Family Hubs, currently open in Bridport, Dorchester, Ferndown, Swanage, Wareham and Wimborne, the Online Family Hub can be accessed anytime and anywhere, giving Dorset families a vital, online resource to use.
The idea behind the Family Hubs is to provide a safe and welcoming space where families can access support in one place, conveniently located in the centre of their local communities.
By using the Online Family Hub, families can get information and advice on a range of topics, from the comfort of their own homes.
For example, families can find information on maternity services, baby and toddler groups and much more.
The Online Family Hub can also help families find advice by age, or search for their nearest physical Family Hub.
Cllr Clare Sutton, Dorset Council Cabinet Member for Children Services, Education and Skills said:
“Finding the information you need as a family can be difficult. The Online Family Hub will serve as an important resource for our families, offering 24/7 access to essential information and guidance.
“Every family in Dorset can conveniently find the information they need, whenever they need it.”
