Beryl e-bike share launch in Weymouth on 20 August

Posted on:

Sustainable bike operators Beryl are bringing an exciting new scheme to Weymouth, Portland and Dorchester and there's a special launch in Weymouth on Tuesday 20 August 2024.

The Beryl team will be at the beach, opposite Gloucester Street, from 10am to 6pm. They’ll introduce you to the new bikes, answer your questions and provide discounts.

121 new e-bikes will be available to hire from 30 bays across Weymouth, Portland and Dorchester from Tuesday. They will be bookable via the Beryl app and hired from and returned to designated ‘Beryl bays’.

Flexible payment options are available: Pay-As-You-Ride, Minute Bundle, and various pass options.

See our previous news item for more details about this new addition for Weymouth, Portland and Dorchester. Visit Beryl.cc to learn more about the scheme, download the app and see where else you can hire a Beryl bike. Report abandoned bikes to Beryl.

Beryl are running the scheme in partnership with Dorset Council.
