Employee story - Tanya Ruseva
I have a background combined of academic training and work experience and I was attracted to a position at Dorset Highways because of the continued professional development opportunities, as well as being able to learn from colleagues that have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the engineering design and construction industry.
I am proud to be able to travel through the Dorset Council area and see the projects I have worked on (whether a highway improvements to a junction or a bridge structure), knowing the difference these schemes will have made to the local communities in keeping them connected to their friends, family, work and leisure facilities.
It’s also very rewarding to work in the historic and natural environment of Dorset and help ensure this is preserved while undertaking our highway projects.
