Public Library User Survey (PLUS)

Customer survey 2020 ( Not available online - paper survey in library only)

From 24 February we are running a survey in our Dorset Council libraries, asking you to complete a simple questionnaire about your visit that day to help us find out more about the different ways that libraries are being used and how the service is meeting your needs. We would really appreciate if you can take a few moments to complete the survey when you visit the library, to help us to plan for the future.
