Licensing Policy Consultation

Before Dorset Council was formed, each of the district and borough councils had their own Statement of Licensing Policy issued under the Licensing Act 2003. We are now creating a single policy for the new Dorset Council area.

The 2021 to 2026 Draft Licensing Policy is now available and is being consulted on for a period of 12 weeks, starting on Monday 6 July and closing on Sunday 27 September 2020 at midnight.

We invite your comments to make sure we have considered a wide range of views, which will help shape the final  Dorset policy.
