Open Space Notice Local Government Act 1972 Section 123(2a) 

Dorset Council gives notice of its intention to dispose of an area of land which consists or forms part of an area of deemed open space. The land to be disposed of, by way of sale of the freehold, is: (1) land off Pond Walk, Stalbridge, Dorset. It is proposed that the land to be sold, having an area of 11,027 sq m  (118,693 sq ft) or thereabouts, is to be used for residential development. A plan showing the area of land intended for disposal (outlined in red) can be inspected at County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ between the hours of 9am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday.

The plan is also available online. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds for objection, no later than midday on 7 March 2025 and addressed to the Legal Property Business Partner, Legal Services, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ or by email to legal-admin-requests@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk.
