If you have not received your postal vote for the General Election on 4 July 2024, please call us on 01305 838299 so that a replacement can be issued.
Victims of anti-social behaviour (ASB) can request a review of their case if they believe that agencies have taken no action or not done enough to help.
You can request a review if you are a Dorset based:
Individuals, support workers or MPs acting on behalf of another person or group will need their consent.

To apply for an case review, you must have made qualifying complaints to one of these agencies:

Where a victim has a language or literacy issue or a learning disability, we accept applications in person or by telephone. However, a signed consent on the official application must be obtained.
We bring agencies together to review the victim's case and look for new solutions.
If we accept an application for a case review, we will hold a multi-agency partnership meeting.

We will draft an action plan at the meeting and the lead agency will share it with the victim.
The Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 requires us to publish the statistical data about ASB case reviews requested.
