We recognise that our care leavers may need advice and support at some point in their lives once our formal leaving care services ends when you are 25 years old. We want to be there for you, if you need advice or just want to share your news, no matter how old you are.
Although you will no longer have an allocated Personal Adviser, you can contact our duty Personal Adviser who can offer advice with any questions you may have. Where possible we would try and link you with a Personal Adviser who knows you.
Our duty Personal Adviser is contactable by phone from 10am until 4pm every weekday. You can call 01305 225809 or email on 18to25duty@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk.
