Your Personal Adviser will work with you until you are 21. They can continue to work with you until you are 25 if you choose.
If you continue to work with your Personal Adviser after you are 21, this may look a bit different to the way we worked with you before you were 21. After 21 your Pathway Plan will concentrate on the areas you feel you need support with.
The plan will include:
- what steps you need to take to reach your goals
- what support you need
- who can help you get there
If you choose not to have a service from us after you are 21, we will continue to try to contact you around your birthday each year until you are 25 to check you are ok .
